You must not share your login credentials with any third party. indo350 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
indo350 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS card, UMID, or PhilSys national ID) and a recent selfie. Failure to complete identity verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

You must not fund your indo350 account using funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity. indo350 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities. Credit card funding of gambling accounts is not accepted in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by indo350 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, all bonus funds credited to your indo350 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. indo350's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your indo350 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude indo350's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
